Werner Haselmayr (S’08-M’13) is an Associate Professor at the Institute for Communications Engineering and RF-Systems, Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz, Austria. He received the Ph.D. and Habilitation degree from JKU Linz in 2013 and 2020, respectively. His research interests include the design and analysis of synthetic molecular communication systems and communications and networking in droplet-based microfluidic systems. He has given several invited talks and tutorials on various aspects of droplet-based communications and networking. He has co-authored 2 book chapters and more than 60 papers, appeared in top-level international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Moreover, he co-organized the 4th Workshop on Molecular Communications 2019, which was held at JKU Linz.
